Congratulations Council 4922!Pictured are DD Jeff Rice presenting the 2021-2022 Award for First place in Division 5 Culture of Life to Director of Life Bernie Vitchus and GK John Owen.  This represents all of the council’s investment of time and money supporting life centers, housing for single mothers, walk of life and other pro-life activities for the past Columbian year.
